About Us

Our history

Established in 2018 by Brian Randolph, The Human and Civil Rights Coalition of Georgia aims to advocate for those held in Georgia's prisons and jails. It also functions as a watchdog, drawing attention to civil rights violations and inhumane conditions within these facilities. HCRCGA is committed to the belief that the lives of incarcerated individuals matter! Our team works tirelessly every day to represent the interests of those serving time in Georgia.

Our mission

The mission of The Human and Civil Rights Coalition of Georgia (HCRCGA) is to diligently work for individuals in the various county jails, state prisons, and federal prisons located in Georgia.
